On behalf of those who helped in any way with this year's field day, I would like to express my sincere thanks to you who supported us on the day. We were blessed with wonderful weather! It was inspiring to see how we, as a community and a parish, came together to support each other and show solidarity with each other. A big “thank you” to you all. On a personal note – I would like to express my deepest and heartfelt thanks to those who helped with all the practical things that needed to be in place before and after the field day. I am indebted to you for your dedication (and sometimes frustration!) In making the day a great success. As Winston Churchill once said: “Never was so much owed by so many to so few.” You deserve the sincere gratitude of all in our parish for your hard work! Thank you!
